I’m Angela, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Certified Nutrition Coach dedicated to helping people improve their mental wellbeing in a way that’s practical, personalised, and rooted in science. My approach blends evidence-based CBT with nutritional and lifestyle strategies, supporting both mind and body because lasting wellness is rarely achieved by focusing on one without the other.
I take a functional approach to mental health addressing the root causes that affect mood, energy, and resilience. By combining proven CBT tools with nutrition, movement, sleep, and lifestyle coaching, we create a plan that works with your life rather than against it. No fad diets, no unrealistic routines, just practical steps that fit your unique goals!
My Story
Like many of my clients, I’ve navigated my own health challenges, from chronic illness to the mental strain that comes with it. These experiences taught me that wellness is not about perfection, it’s about learning what works for you, keeping things simple, and focusing on progress rather than an impossible ideal.
